Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here's how order cancellations work at Zuhur Fashions.

Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched, free of charge.
• To cancel, email care.zuhur@gmail.com with your order number, or call us or call +91 78974 12127.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy after it arrives.

Refund of Cancelled Orders

Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cash-on-Delivery orders incur no charge.

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases you will be notified and refunded in full.
