We want you to love your purchase from Zuhur Fashions. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Unstitched suit pieces that have been cut or stitched are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Email care.zuhur@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is approved within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
